About Us
Center for Elder Care Training & Education (CECTE) provides online Assisted Living administrator, manager, and staff training programs designed around real operations and state regulatory expectations. CECTE was created to close the gap between generic compliance training and the actual day-to-day responsibilities of running an Assisted Living community.
Why CECTE
The training is practical, operations-focused, and designed for real-world use. CECTE programs focus on topics such as resident rights, staffing, documentation, medication oversight, incident response, survey readiness, dementia care, quality improvement, and leadership accountability.
CECTE’s goal is to help Assisted Living leaders and care teams better understand what compliance looks like in practice, how to document training and operations appropriately, and how to build systems that support safe, resident-centered care.
